At Laneway.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. Please read the details of our return policy below.

Laneway Return Policy

General Guidelines

  • Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken or unsealed at the time of delivery. Such orders will not be eligible for return.
  • We provide a checking warranty for all our products. Orders with damages or defects must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item in a damaged or defective condition, you may request a replacement at no extra cost within 1 day of delivery.
  • An unboxing video of the parcel (360°, from beginning to end) is mandatory for processing returns. Any evidence of malpractice, such as video editing, will result in rejection of the return request.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

  • If you wish to exchange a product due to size, color, or personal preference, a replacement fee will apply as this is considered a misplaced order.
  • If the replacement is unavailable due to stock issues, a promo code equivalent to the amount will be issued for use on future purchases .
  • Items purchased at full price can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided all conditions are met.
  • Discounted items cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

  • Refund will be credited within 7 working days to original payment method.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for products returned after being used for a week.
  • We are a small business and request customers to understand that we cannot afford returns or refunds for used items.

Important Notes

  • Do not accept packages that are opened or visibly damaged. Once accepted, we are not responsible for missing items.

Return/Replacement Process

  1. Visit our Return & Replacement portal to request a return or replacement.
  2. Ensure returned items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Use a reliable courier service for self-shipped returns.
  3. Once received, our quality team will perform a quality check to ensure the items meet the conditions:
    • The product must be unused.
    • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Discounted items are not eligible for return.
  4. If the product does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no amount will be reimbursed.

Shipping Costs

  • For self-shipped returns, we will reimburse Rs. 100 in the form of a promo code, post quality check.

Notification

  • You will receive a notification on the status of your return within 48-72 working hours after the item is received.
